In the heart of the city, Exeter Phoenix presents a unique and exciting contemporary programme of dance, theatre, live art, music, spoken word, film and visual art.

VENUE HIRE

Exeter Phoenix is a creative and unique choice of venue to hold corporate functions or events, from small meetings to large scale conferences. The configuration of each space is flexible with a range of capacities that allows you to choose a space that best suits your event.

Exeter Phoenix houses 2 galleries, 4 workshop studios, a theatre/auditorium and a café/bar and the building is located in the centre of the city close to high street shops, public car parks and to the main bus and train stations. The flexibility of the auditorium encourages a host of conferences, seminars and exhibitions with the added use of 4 studio rooms. There is an excellent box office, video and lighting equipment with expert staff on hand. The Drama, Dance and Art studios are a great resource to use for workshops, classes and courses, for informal meetings and as rehearsal space. Exeter Phoenix is fully accessible with automatic doors, accessible toilets, a lift and parking for disabled delegates.

HOW TO FIND US

From the High Street: go down Gandy Street, turn right at the end and walk up the hill.

From the clock tower: walk down Queen Street with Central Station on your left, turn left after the museum and walk up the hill.

Coming out of the library: turn right down the ramp, right again at the bottom and walk about 75 metres straight on.
