Booking

There are many different ways you can book tickets to our shows:

In Person

Simply pop into Exeter Phoenix, located in Exeter city centre and purchase your tickets from our Box Office and our friendly team will be happy to help.

By Phone

Box Office: 01392 667080. If it is out of hours or you are unable to get through, leave your phone number and we will call you back.

Online

Cash and all major credit and debit cards accepted. A transaction fee of 50p is charged on all cards.

Please note online booking carries a minimum booking of £1.50 or 9% per transaction.

Reservations

Reservations cannot be made online. We will hold reservations for 4 days from the booking, please be aware we will release all tickets not fully paid for 24 hours before the event. When calling to make your reservation please leave your telephone number, you can contact us on 01392 667080 or email boxoffice@exeterphoenix.org.uk

 

Refunds

We are unable to refund or exchange tickets, but will try to sell any unwanted tickets if an event is sold out, up until 5pm on the day of the event. An administration charge of £1 per ticket will be made for this service.

 

Concessions

Discounts are available to students and those who are in receipt of benefits, registered disabled, under 16 and over 60 (where available).

Stuck for gift ideas? Why not choose an Exeter Phoenix Gift Voucher to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, Christmas, or for staff rewards and incentives.

Our gift vouchers can be used for music, performance events, as well as art classes and courses run by our digital team. Perfect for the person who already has everything!
