Reservations will be held for up to 4 days, or 24 hours before the event. When making your reservation please leave your telephone number. We reserve the right to release reservations. Reserve via email at boxoffice@exeterphoenix.org.uk
We are unable to refund or exchange tickets, but will try to sell any unwanted tickets if an event is sold out, up until 5pm on the day of the event.An administration charge of £1 per ticket will be made for this service.

From the High Street: go down Gandy Street, turn right at the end and walk up the hill.
From the clock tower: walk down Queen Street with Central Station on your left, turn left after the museum and walk up the hill.
Coming out of the library: turn right down the ramp, right again at the bottom and walk about 75 metres straight on.
For disabled customers. We are committed to ensuring your visit is as enjoyable and accessible as possible. We offer a free ticket to disabled customers who require a personal assistant. Please book in advance stating any access requirements. Wheelchairs are available if needed. Level access is adjacent to the city library on Castle Street, then via a ramped entrance from the car park, which includes 1 disabled parking spaces. Exeter Phoenix is accessible with automatic doors, lifts to all floors, toilets on all floors and induction loops. There is a very steep slope from the street leading up to the main entrance and a flight of steps to the front door. If you have mobility difficulties and are arriving by taxi it is advisable to get dropped off at the side ramp, left of the main entrance. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need assistance. If you're coming from St David's Station: All platforms of St. David's Station are accessible by lift. The town centre can be reached by bus, taxi or a 3-minute train ride to Exeter Central Station. However, if you have mobility difficulties it is recommended that you take a taxi from St. David's Station rather than change trains to Exeter Central Station.
Exeter Central Station: This small station has no lift and is only accessible by taking a rather long detour. There is ramped access from New North Street to both platforms and on the westbound Platform 2 a side exit into a car park which has a slope up into Queen Street.
There is no parking at Exeter Phoenix. There is 1 parking space available for disabled customers.
