Comics Jam with Philip Reeve and Sarah McIntyre
Illustrator and comics artist Sarah McIntyre is currently working with award-winning author Philip Reeve on a series of illustrated books, the first of which, Oliver and the Seawigs, will be published in autumn 2013. For Animated Exeter, she and Philip will be talking about how to design characters, using some of those in Philip’s story The Exeter Riddles as examples, along with any ideas the audience want to throw in. Once some characters have been created, they’ll be put to work in an all-new story, created before your very eyes in a massive COMICS JAM. Suitable for all ages.
