Geometric Pattern Design
One Day Workshop
Learn how to draw beautifully intricate geometric patterns by hand, using just a set of compasses and a ruler. Step by step guidance will be given to reproduce several traditional decorative patterns found in Medieval and Islamic Art.
Suitable for all levels, although an ability to focus and work with precision is essential in this type of creative endeavor!
All tools and materials will be provided, but if you already own a compass do bring it along!

Sally has studied traditional forms of art for some time and has specialised in particular painting processes from the southern hemisphere. She has adapted the traditional methods, using more easily accessible materials, and specialist materials will be provided.
