Electronic three piece Pattern Pusher head to the Phoenix to release their EP – P.S.
Lovingly recorded in bedrooms and lounges around Devon and mixed by John Cornfield (Muse, Supergrass), this release is the most exciting thing to come out of Exeter in a long while. Pattern Pusher immerse you in their deep and layered sound where it is impossible to tell where one instrument ends and another begins. Be sure to come and witness the start of a band with a promising career ahead of them.
Physical copies of Pattern Pusher’s EP will be first available at this night!
PatternPusher will be supported by:
A blend of melodic, dreamy beach-pop with a darker, more sinister edge, Torquay five-piece Tourists combine elements of shoegaze and 80s synth-pop with deeper-rooted post-punk influences.
The 80s vibing, funkiest, Synthy’ist music machine around. Their melodic style has been compared to likes of Prince and Daft Punk. These guys are certainly a funk to be reckoned with!
Trip To Tori
Hailing from the South-West of England, TripToTori combine the intricacy of modern-day guitar rock with subtleties present in atmospheric soundscape undertones. Arrays of layers compose a collective sound reminiscent of Foals, London Grammar with hints of Pink Floyd all merged in a contemporary fashion.
