Andersson presents a series of tragicomic vignettes from modern Stockholm life. The film focuses on the way humans deal with the trivialities and absurdities of life. Whilst this may initially sound a tad dire, the result is a beguiling and unique film full of sardonic, wry Scandinavian wit, and arguably the funniest at the BFI London film festival last winter.
