OPPORTUNITY: Publicity & Distribution Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join the busy marketing department at Exeter Phoenix. An interest in working on creative projects and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential for this role.
Working Pattern
The role will be based in Exeter Phoenix’s office 2 days per week, with an additional half day every fortnight allocated for distribution of publicity materials. This working pattern can be discussed in further detail at interview stage.
  • Responsible to: Marketing & Press Manager
  • Working closely with: Marketing Assistant and Design Officer
  • Hours: 2.25 days per week
  • Salary: £16,100 (pro rata)
  • Closing date: 10am, Mon 25 Nov
  • Interviews: Thu 5 & Fri 6 Dec
  • Start date: Jan 2020

OPPORTUNITY: Freelance Technicians Wanted

MORE INFO: We’re looking for freelance technicians to assist with lighting and sound at Exeter Phoenix events. Experience is a must. Ideal candidates should be passionate about what they do, flexible to work evenings and weekends and happy to assist with a wide range of events in the Exeter Phoenix programme, including live music, theatre, and DJ nights.
