By foot
From the High Street: Walk to the end of Gandy Street. You will find us up the slope at on the right.
From the Clock Tower: Walk down Queen Street with Exeter Central train station on your left. Turn left onto Gandy Street after the museum. You will find us up the slope in front of you.
From Exeter Library: Turn right when you come out of the library and follow the ramp on your right. You will find us approximately 75 metres straight on.
By bike
If you are arriving by bike, we have plenty of bicycle rack space in front of our building.
By train
The closest train station to Exeter Phoenix is Exeter Central train station which is about a 5 minute walk.
Also close by is Exeter St David’s train station which is approximately a 20 minute walk.
By bus
Sidwell Street bus station, Exeter's main bus terminus, is a 10 minute walk from Exeter Phoenix.

By car
Unfortunately parking is not available at Exeter Phoenix, with the exception of one bay which can be reserved for Blue Badge holders.

We would like your visit to Exeter Phoenix to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
Step-free access to the building is available via a ramped entrance on the side of the building. All ground floor spaces are fully accessible with a mix of level flooring and gentle ramps. Spaces on our first floor are accessible via lift with level floor access throughout.
There is one accessible parking space for Blue Badge Holders. To request this for your visit, please call our Box Office team on 01392 667080 who will provide you with a parking permit upon arrival. Please note that this is subject to availability.
Our vibrant Café Bar is the perfect spot for pre-show drinks, a mid-gig bar dash, lunch with friends, or a coffee and cake.
- Reservations will be released after 4 days or 24 hours before the event.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over unless otherwise stated.
- Unfortunately refunds or exchanges cannot be given. For events with a waiting list we will try to sell your unwanted tickets.
- Tickets booked online are subject to a £1.50 ticketing system charge per transaction. We don’t charge this to make a profit. Find out more >>
- Concessions are available to benefit recipients, disabled customers, under 16s, over 60s and students where possible.
- Any event details are correct at time of print/online publishing but are subject to change.
- Please note that for events not promoted by Exeter Phoenix, £1 of the advertised ticket price supports Exeter Phoenix as a non for profit organisation.
