Photogram Workshop

Photograms are a very early form of photography and can be made by placing objects onto light sensitive paper. In this workshop you will experiment with light and shadow, learn all about this photographic process and create your own set of prints to take home.

Sketch A Skeleton

Get up close to a (replica) skeleton and draw the bare bones of the human body. The workshop is aimed at 8-14 year olds but younger children can attend if accompanied by an adult.

Summer Sketchbook Workshop

Join artist Nicci Wonnacott for this 1 day workshop considering the role of the sketchbook and its importance in your creative journey. Using your sketchbook, you will experiment with a range of media to look at ways of recording ideas, places and events. This is a mixed age workshop suitable for ages 12 upwards.

Painting Mexico

Discover the art of Mexico in this one day workshop. An introduction to the art history of Mexico will explore Mexican artists use of colour and symbolism and their responses to landscape and still life. You will then be able to create your own Mexican inspired art works, using a variety of media including paint and collage.
