Explore the beautiful historic city of Exeter with your camera on the Exeter Phoenix Photowalk. Led by local professional photographer Vanessa Miles youll uncover hidden gems to photograph in Exeters most vibrant areas. Vanessa will lead a leisurely walk around the western quarter of the city, giving tips on how to make the best use of natural light and how to take your photography to the next level by showing you the rules of good composition, and examples of how to break these rules for good effect.
The day is suitable for people at any level of photography; the main objective is to have fun. For those wishing to venture off the automatic modes there will be lots of hints & tips.
The day begins at Exeter Phoenix where youll have a chance to look at and discuss some example photography and address any technical issues. You will then venture out into the city before breaking for lunch. After lunch you will carry on with some more photography before returning to Exeter Phoenix to download and discuss your work.
Workshop attendees get 10% off all food and hot drinks at the Café Bar.
