Sewing Basics: Make A Wrap Apron

Learn basic sewing skills to make your own apron from scratch.

Tutor

Lesley Strath is a professional seamstress with many years experience making and designing bespoke wedding dresses. She has been working as a sewing tutor for Arrietty for several years.

Pre Course Information

Participants will need to bring:

• 1.8m of fabric (minimum 115cm width) and matching thread.
• A basic sewing kit and sewing machine – or you can rent one for the course for £5 per session.

Suitable fabrics: Medium weight cotton, linen or lightweight denim.

When booking, please select whether you will be bringing your sewing machine or not.
