Dir. Jennifer Brea, UK, USA, 98 mins, 2017, documentary
Jennifer Brea is an active Harvard PhD student about to marry the love of her life when suddenly her body starts failing her. When doctors tell her its all in her head, she turns the camera on herself as she looks for answers.
After discovering she is battling Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Jennifer is confined to the private space of her bed but using Skype and other social media, she discovers a global community suffering similarly.
Unrest is vulnerable, eloquent and refreshingly honest personal documentary that is sure to hit closer to home than many could imagine.
